Before we start building a second downtown wouldn't it be better if we encouraged building the downtown area first? We could use a couple 400-500's and a bunch of mid-sized highrises as in-fill. Other Texas cities that are mentioned above (Houston, Dallas and Austin)already have a good looking downtown. Just thinking out loud.
