Also, there is always talk about all of the military passengers but how many of them are actually flying out of SAT? Are a majority jumping on a Space A flights out of Lackland or Randolph.

Agreed, a brand new terminal C, plus an extension on one of the existing runways or a new parallel East-West Runway to 10k feet I think would probably be the best scenario here.
