My guess is that the McKinney Ave. tower replacing Truluck's will be redesigned and shortened to remove some or all of the office space. Coming out of this pandemic, I expect office space needs to be significantly different, given how large companies are planning to reopen. Now that could change 1 or 2 years down the line, but for the next 6-12 months expect many large office tenants to look to reduce overall space. That being said, if there's a market for companies that already have larger blocks of space in older buildings to consolidate into newer, smaller space like this, then this could remain unchanged.

I think that's the assumption. This building will take a few years to complete and by that point, things will be back to "normal."
