I haven't been to Polo Park in quite a while but last time I checked, Harry Rosen sold Allen Edmonds. That store is probably your best bet for big name dress shoes.
Hanford Drewitt has some nice looking shoes, although I've never bought from there. Beyond that, I'm not really sure... Saks Off 5th might have some good stuff if you have a conventional (7-12) size. If those options don't work, you may just want to look online.
