Seems like the blueprint for real density in that area of downtown is build something (much) taller where the Chamber of Commerce building is currently, then West of Alamo along Commerce St replace some of those parking garages (I think there's about three of them in a row) with something about 15-20 stories. This would better bridge the "gap" in the skyline and create more real density, agreed?
