the Concar Passage project, recently approved by the local planning commission, is about 960 units on what was mostly a large parking lot for a Ross, and is kitty-corner from the Station Park Green development, which of course is adjacent to the Hayward Park Caltrain station in southern San Mateo. reconstruction of the tracks there)
