It's probably not really that transparent. I think bvic might have using a polarizing filter, they essentially remove reflections from transparent surfaces (in addition to boosting saturations of blue and it's color compliments). Vista's glass has a pretty distinctly jewel like quality with a lot of reflection.

It is also why the color gradation between floors looks flatter than normal.
