It took 20+ years of having a "temporary" construction detour including a very high profile death to get one grade separation happening. At this point I highly doubt there will be much more progress on more.

This is not a full relocation, but rather a couple of branch lines in the NE corner of the City. Full relocation would cost in the billions.
