That's what I was thinking.... I was just waiting for someone else to chime in before I sounded off or else I might be accused of being bothered by everything. It is so far away from the street, and I also don't know what the need is for taking over the Humphreys Ave. If they need 10 more parking spaces, build it better; push it up against the street and use more space behind the building.
