I have been told that the pause on the Skokie project is due to pending government work and approvals. The village is scheduled to perform utility work on Oakton the first few weeks of June, after which construction is scheduled to resume. Currently, concrete panels for the project are being manufactured and stored at a nearby facility and it remains on schedule.
