This map from last week's Planning Commission meeting shows the location of the Symphony Square/Velocity project. (I think it's just called "Symphony Square" now.) The part of the block labeled CBD and the yellow square is the site.
Based on what little we know now the yellow square will have a limited amount (due to CVC) of hotel/office/retail and the CBD portion (Velocity) will have residential and possibly more office and hotel uses.
