While browsing through the SA Partnership site, I took a closer look at this photo that we've all seen before.
Not sure if it ever had this on there (or if I just never noticed) but the lower sign says Bar Louie. I'm trying to find out more info aobut both places but I know that the mall on 7th St. in DC had a Lucky Strikes & Bar Louie too.
