Argyle Residential, a residential developer from Austin, plans to build roughly 300 apartment units in a $40 million, mixed-use development at 1130 Broadway, according to this morning’s Express-News. Called the Rivera, the project comprises four-story wood-framed apartments, a five-story parking garage, and almost 3,000 square feet of retail space, according to Argyle’s website. The property sits on 3.7 acres along Broadway near Jones Avenue.
