Technically, this building on the right

or the left on this one


is 1200, since it is on the other side of "Muse" (12th) Street; 1200 block of Broadway. There are two lots that were/are owned by George Geis, seen here;


perhaps the initial idea was to include these in the development, giving them an extra 60 units if it was.
