I believe Brandon has a transfer arrangement with U Minnesota. The bottom line though is that Manitoba would really benefit from some actual competition between engineering programs. As just one example, because U of M is the only game in town, there is no chemical engineering program offered in the entire province. In every other discipline, the market for engineering talent is only as good as the one university's program (in some areas, very good, in others, no comment)
