So I'd been checking the Overland Partners Facebook page recently, seeing if they were going to post the new renderings; no luck.
It turns out there was a reason for that---the new HDRC submission from Keller Henderson has Rhode Partners as the architect. Rhode Partners, as in, the studio that's doing the Independent in Austin.
Looks like they fired Overland and started over.
