I think it will be great and I can't for the residential building to be built next to it. It's going to be a beautiful collection of high tier mid-rises. I'm excited about what this is going to be. Besides, it will add to the density of the area. The view from the highway will be blocked, I'm excited about the element it will add to the street level with pedestrian traffic. Especially across the street from the Aztec and the new bar there.

I really hope the parking lot next to Hard Rock and the old Planet Hollywood becomes something grand.
