So, this one and the new courthouse are going to be some good height for that area, both being 200+ feet. Not any taller than what's already there, but just adding to the bulk of the area. Something interesting to note is that these two coming along will be the first time something over 200 feet has been built in downtown north of 10th Street since the Travis County jail was built in 2001, and it'll be the first time anything that tall was built in downtown north of 15th Street since 1986.
I like that the developers are keeping their options open on the height to possibly allow for a mixed use concept.
A rooftop terrace in that area at that height is going to have some really great views of the Capitol and UT Tower, besides the rest of the skyline and hills.
