In watching last night's debate, that was the most notable takeaway for me. Clark was not nearly as well spoken as either Atch or Moore. That really surprised me, as I thought his many years on council would have made him a better public speaker. It was especially noticeable in his opening statement, which was unexpected given that he would have had plenty of time to prepare that scripted statement.
