I got some updated pics that I'll upload and post later.
Some other news in the area, TacoLand space is getting gutted and cleaned up. Not quite sure what the final plan was for that space.....

not quite sure of the details, but I'll keep looking around until something pops up.
My assumption is that this will be in that space at the corner of Newell/Quincy (as that is the only place Quincy is "on the River".
