^^^ I don't do hard labour. I am high society and that is beneath me....besides I drive a gas guzzeling 4x4 so I don't need roads. I generally drive straight through on the north Perimeter, I don't require the new interchange.

For those who are interested, here is the link to the new Capital Region report for future upgrades. Lots of interchanges and extra lanes......also lots of money required.
