1,200' would be a gift. Hell, even a solid 1000' would be historical. Hopefully they are taking advantage of the market and aim high. This is not the time to be playing games. Go tall, and with a great design to attract the best talent and services (hotel + commercial). Mixed-used in this city is a win-win. With a waterfall of endless demand on the residential side, a city that publicly acknowledges its need for good office space, and even hotels, not aiming high would be foolish.
