Wright Runstad has filed (link) to build a three-story "retail and bike plaza" between 120th Avenue and the west entrance for the light rail station. It includes 350-450 underground bike stalls with 24-hour access and a keycard system. Also three retail spaces that face a small plaza outside the station!

Compared to the monstrosity that is the garage above Capitol Hill Station, this is leagues ahead of what Seattle is thinking of.
