I said the SoFlo and Southtown areas were booming with housing construction and development. There's almost 1,000 residential units planned for SoFlo. Yeah, I'd called that booming for an area that saw maybe 10 residential units every two or three years and prior to that, none. There may be more overall developments in the suburbs compared to the Central Loop but by no means is nothing happening or is it being ignored.
