I think Asian/Latino is still fairly rare, at least in NYC area. Although I do have a Filipino friend who is dating a Mexican chick.
Asian/White is by far the most common mix here.
Although I met a Chinese woman recently who didn't speak any Chinese, but spoke Spanish, because she was from northern Mexico.
