Yeah, Gary Barnett has certainly turned into one of the more aggressive developers in the city. Besides the 1,011 ft WPC planned for a start next year, there was the 980 ft proposal for the convention center hotel (that was dropped by the state). Before all is said and done, he may have left more of a mark on the city's skyline than Donald Trump.
