I would think so. I'd hope it would be designed with more modern amenities than the 1983 Wurzbach Tower in mind: parking levels with residences above, an outdoor pool that you can actually swim in (not just lounge like one of those worthless pools at a boutique hotel), and of course ground level retail including restaurant spaces (plural). Doctors like to eat in restaurants, and exhausted nurses and other hospital workers need someplace to go too. They also like to drink... give them a bar.

I also see a Hilton in that photo. Are there hotels for patients' families around the San Antonio medical center?
