A little research has led me to think that it might be
Bar Louie. In a quick search of Blue Martini locations, in Tampa and Orlando, both in Malls, they have three places in common; Bar Louie, Cheesecake Factory and California Pizza. That is of course if the "tenant" is even Blue Martini.
