Isn't this totally different, this is the W hotel and the site here is Martin Street and St. Mary's where today the old abandon high rise is sitting, NW corner from Greyhound Bus station. On the far left is the old Crown Plaza hotel that has it's name changed every year.

That would be great if some kind of development spurs up around that area. Too many abandon buildings! Maybe if the Greyhound station gets relocated around Broadway...that would be a great place for an office tower or high rise hotel.
