Yeah, I'd say that's a pretty safe bet.

for reference here's Pickard Chilton's portfolio for tall office towers:

Devon Energy Center | Oklahoma City| 844 FT | 52 Floors | 2012

300 North LaSalle | Chicago | 785 FT | 60 Floors | 2009

609 Main at Texas | Houston | 755 FT | 48 Floors | 2017

River Point | Chicago | 732 FT | 52 Floors | 2017

Eighth Avenue Place East Tower | Calgary | 696 FT | 49 Floors | 2011

1180 Peachtree | Atlanta | 657 FT | 41 Floors | 2006

BG Group Place | Houston | 632 FT | 46 Floors | 2011

1144 Fifteenth | Denver | 602 FT | 42 Floors | 2018

Eighth Avenue Place West Tower | Calgary | 580 FT | 40 Floors | 2014

Northwestern Mutual Tower and Commons | Milwaukee | 554 FT | 32 Floors | 2017

Of the above towers, I believe Devon Energy in OKC and Northwestern Mutual Tower in Milwaukee are the only two purpose-built, single tenant corporate HQ towers.

And they're two of Pickard Chilton's best, IMO, so that bodes well for this project.
