I think the building will look ok. I'm sure the facade will be nice. My main gripe is the flat roof. That's really the thing that bugs me about modern architecture. It's building tops that make them stand out.

Agreed. They could easily build like something like this, little spear type thing sticking out from the top, over 281/35. That would be pretty neat hanging over the street to the south. This is the best example i could find in my head.
