Summit One Vanderbilt is closed for two weeks until January 31 to enhance the experience and the same thing happened last year. On the other hand, the Empire State Building, Top of the Rock, One World Observatory, and Edge at Hudson Yards are not doing so. Those four are open 365 days a year. So, why is it necessary for One Vanderbilt to do so, but not the other four observation decks.
