This is why I just laugh when it's insinuated that the only housing SA has going up is single-family sprawl. There's a lot of multi-family stuff going up or in the planning stages, it just isn't all going up downtown in the form of 500ft towers.
I agree with jaga, though, it would be nice if there was as much interest being shown in DT (or at least River North) as there seems to be north of 1604.
