That said, with only 1,400 seats available in their temporary venue, I suspect that they should have no trouble coming close to selling out the building with season tickets. Selling 1,300 STs is very realistic, although I don't expect it to happen on day one of ticket sales.
The U of M's arena flat out sucks as a venue for high level hockey, but having it full every night should help to generate some good atmosphere.

There announced intention is to make significant upgrades to UofM to bring it up to CHL standards, otherwise it would not have been approved. It’s a win-win situation.
