Yeah, the floor count hasn't been reported in a very clear way. It sounds like they will be constructing 30 floors above the current 5 floors for a total of 35 which is why some sources are reporting the 30 floor number. I'm guessing they have to couch it that way due to the historic designation of the existing structure (i.e. they don't want to sound like they are going to demo the existing 5 floors and building 35 new, so they report it as just 30 new floors.)
