Having more offices would help too, mostly retail right now and most people drive in drive out. Propane which is the largest employer in town has a fairly large office but they used an old industrial building and lifted it it up to make it 2 levels right in the industrial park. If they had done something like that downtown it would have helped out there and same with fortis, Alberta head office but the office is located in the kings heights commercial/industrial area. Have those 2 downtown and downtown has a way different feel to it here.
