I have hopes for the peterson, Yul, and Babylone.
But I share the same opinion as Rico on the Bassins du Havres... it will remain a Non Man's land for quite a while.
And Rico I would say not to worry for the Hotel industry and Crescent. Might be for the wrong thread, I heard from great sources that the Germain hotel is considering moving and constructing a new Hotel instead of renovating... But these are far from becoming reality...
