I am curious. The more i look at the rendering, the more questions i have. I am very familer with the River North Area. My mother works at KSAT which is located right in the middle of the area. Now there is alot of empty land in that area, which can be used for future development. But what about the stuff that is already there. I know there are a couple of warehouses, and a car dealership. DPT has an office along broadway. Are these business/properties going to be bought out and the land redeveloped?

I look at the map, and its shows future development on these spots.


Also on another side note, i see there is building on that parking lot located directly south of the Main Library. That looks awesome.

Very promesing potential.
