Likely more a product of the rendering and not the reality of what will go up there. Fingers crossed.

This is aimed at Chinese buyers, who don't have a negative reaction to tower-in-a-park site plans. Easy access to green space is viewed as a positive.
On a small scale, it doesn't seem to harm the walkability. Looks like there will be convenience retail included with this development, so that combined with the density seems pretty urban regardless of how the site is laid out.
