Also, one of the One Chicago Square buildings which is U/C is technically 15 feet under being considered supertall. I think to the naked eye, this wont' be noticeable and it will seem like a short supertall. Also, the one proposal for LSE is also only 34 feet short of being considered supertall.

OCS is a significantly larger project than Vista when you consider total SF... Vista is 1.8 million SF and OCS is 2.2 million SF. That's more than 20% larger than Vista. Even though it's not as tall, it will be just as much fun to watch and probably have more impact on the skyline from the West and NW.

True, although it's technically two towers, hence the square footage.
