I think the percentage of tourist who will actually try to get to the top will be less than 50%, but still enough to be swarmed. I was thinking about that as I made my way up a few flights from Penn Station earlier..

But this will be the Times Square/Rockefeller Center of the west side. And the ever popular High Line feeds right into it.
