A four-story hotel is slated for 1024 S Laredo... This last week's SA Biz Journal showed that it had received a city building permit for a $2M structure.
Hardly earth-shattering news, but another surface parking lot is going away.
FYI, S Laredo runs along I-35 on the west side of downtown - this address puts it 2 blocks south of Durango and 2 blocks west of S Flores and Guenther.
