OK, they are using CSA stats, instead of the MSA stats that Wikipedia uses. 2 different ways of figuring metro populations. But the point is that Cincy, KC, Charlotte, and SA are all in the same ballpark. Around 2 mil. give or take 100K. Cleveland is quite a bit bigger, apparently, at least by the CSA stats.
