No joke here. The typical cost of an apartment in CWE runs around $3
Per Square Foot a month. So a 400sf studio (for example and speculation) would be $1200 a month.
For One Hundred, lets apply the same logic...
Studio: 35 Units = $42,000 a month overall ($1200 a month per unit estimated)
1 Bedroom: 120 Units = $288,000 a month overall ($2400 a month per unit estimated)
2 Bedroom: 120 Units = $360,000 a month overall ($3000 a month per unit estimated)
3 Bedroom: 30 Units = $108,000 a month overall ($3600 a month per unit estimated)
Total revenue in a month: $798,000 (estimated)
Total revenue in a year: $9,576,000
But I am not including the view rent or what floor rent. Actual units may be smaller than this and cost more but this is just speculation.
