Overall I have to say I'm pretty happy with the concept and hopefully the rents can be in line with what the businesses were paying before. It's really a street that has an opportunity to showcase Regina and hopefully be a building block to bringing back some street retail downtown.

I could see some national retailers locating in this development. Maybe a new Rexall Drug store or Restaurant. Looks fantastic!
