What I would tell that nimby is to Stop Complaining and go live in Chadds Ford.
As noted previously Pearl doesnt mess around. You have your tire kickers,dreamers and procrastinators and then you have a developer who get things done. Thats Pearl Properties.
Just stay out their way nimbys.
The developers say that they have financing to build the entire project and that they intend on starting construction this fall, with completion set for April of 2016
