What a pisser. The city is trying to reinvent downtown as an entertainment center to draw more people. What would have been one of the largest venues has been denied a liquor license by a group of guys in New York City because the owner didn't have enough experience running a business like that. So Ithaca is going to suffer because guys feel there could be problems, yet they're in a city with a ton of illegal after hour clubs.
