Give me a grocery store, fire hall (something in the works), hockey arena (should be finished in 2 years), swimming pool and I'll have no other reason to travel on the east side of the ORR besides heading to MUN to work. Oh, maybe throw in a canadian tire too haha.

By the way those traffic lights (i'm assuming you mean the ones under the ORR on topsail rd) are gov of nl property unfortunatley.
