Also, I think there should be another access from the CBS bypass road (Route 2) to somewhere in Topsail or Paradise. I was hoping they would connect the end of the Kenmount Extention to it, but it isn't looking like it.
There should be something connecting Route 2 to Topsail Road to the west of Octagon Pond and Rocky Pond:
