^^^which for all intents and purposes is 370 ft. If a spire is officially counted as height, then the official height of this building is 370 ft.
Also, SF defines a roof as essentially the ceiling height of the top floor. The rest of the world defines a roof as a roof + physical structure/extension of facade (basically anything less than spire, antenna, or decorative element that isn't entirely structural).
Many of the country's buildings would be 30-100 ft shorter in SF if they were located here and used local definitions for height.
